Aww, bunny puberty! Somehow, it sounds so much cuter when it refers to bunnies...
The kitties got fixed at 4 and 6 months respectively. Sheba was spayed at 4 months, when she was still in the shelter. That was probably too young, but it's the shelter's policy to have them fixed before they're adopted out. We got Leo at a different shelter, and they gave us a discount voucher for the procedure and asked us to wait until he was at least 6 months old (he was only 3 months when we god him).
And I remember that pretty-colored food/treats from when I had hamsters. They were such a rip-off, really crappy nutritional value. I just gave them real veggies and bits of cheese instead.
