I'm really sorry that he's not getting better, sweetheart. I think that instances like these are really the hardest with pets, because he's so young that it makes it harder to make the decision to let go, and you can't know if he'll somehow get better or if he'll just keep hurting with nothing you can do about it.

Obviously only you can make this decision but I don't think that there is a right or a wrong one as long as you have Holly's best interests at heart.
