Well it depends on the bunny, because they're self-cleaning, but they can't vomit like cats so they don't hack up hairballs. Short short hair ones it doesn't matter much but if they have thicker fur or the angora breeds it's a good idea to (and you have to for angoras or they get matted and can't groom themselves). Plus they like it.
