I listened to the abridged audio book of that (and John Barrowman's voice is not good for narrating, seriously, it's too dramatic for long stretches) so I only have vague memories of exactly how it went coz of how annoying it is for me to listen to shit. I don't recall it being particularly exciting though. :/ God it's going to be so weird when Children of Earth comes on, not having Owen and Tosh. (in, like, a week!!! zomg) and haha, at my panfandom game, Owen just turned up and he's from just after A Day in the Death and everyone else is from post Journey's End and Ianto's like "er....."

Especially when Owen goes "I could drop dead any minute."

Ianto: No, no, not yet....

However I have them in my Sims game, and a bit before I went to dinner Owen caressed Tosh's cheek and they became best friends and fell in love. Which was kind of hilarious.
