I... had a long rambling post about the upcoming emotional struggles of my chars and how their personality flaws will compound their problems, but then I marked it private. idk why. I felt weird about the idea of letting people read it... but idk why.

For anyone who is actually interested I renamed nanokei to lifeanddeath which I can't believe no one already had. But yeah, it's not exactly a NaNo anymore, it's just... the slow exploration of NextGen-canon Pepper's history and I just put up angsty Catholicism so people who've been reading it have to read it somewhere else now ok cool.

Pepper/Jo makes me giggle so much. Especially when he has to try and talk her out of running off to try to kill Death Eaters and ends up breaking out the big guns.

I shouldn't quite say that Sims 2 runs perfectly on this computer - for some reason it cuts out my internet and when I'm done playing I have to restart. I am having fun though. XD The House of Woohoo (aka Pepper and Jo, they both have romance aspiration and no jealousy) has a baby and Pepper's working on getting Aubrey to move in, and Astra is pregnant with her and Marius' second kid.

My Civ III came yesterday, but it was shipped without a serial number :o luckily opening a ticket with Aspyr support resulted in them giving me one while I was sleeping so I messed with new games a couple of times to get the hang of the gameplay and now I have a proper game going. I am the Dutch. We are an agricultural seafaring nation. It's quite exciting.

Unfortunately I've been in a crap mood the last few days so I've been focusing on that more than chat or anything. Been working on a couple logs in email and tagging but apart from that... ugh. I need to drag myself to the pharmacy tomorrow preferably or else Monday to get more drugs, I just... do not want to leave the house.

And now it's quarter to eight and I'm waiting for dinner, and it's my older brother's birthday, so there'll be cake after, and then I have to do dishes, and I really just want to go to bed. Like, fifteen minutes ago. I might see if I can just do the dishes in the morning.

1) Clara and Dorian are adorable.
2) It is highly possible, considering game canon that wizarding medicine isn't great on the internal, that Pepper has a slow internal bleed. Given that he got hit by a blasting curse to the torso and broke several ribs and is currently covered in bruises.
3) Apparently this is esp amusing as they have just started a log in which James collapses of that on Friday.

I suspect as long as it remained slow he'd actually be okay, though I'd have to research what happens to the blood that pools inside the abdominal cavity (medical types?), but if, say, he went back to training Magdalene or went on field duty and got kicked or hit in the stomach or ribs...

Okay, so I want to play my hippie Demelza/Victoria again even without her werefoxiness. She is Muggleborn. I do not like Voldemort-wins games. (BL is not a Voldemort-wins game, it's a game in which Voldemort eventually temporarily looks like he's winning, be quiet.) I may pick her up at Rej, but other than that, out of all the seven million games you people are starting, is there one you think I would enjoy playing her at?

1) We killed Benjy. It was gruesome and epic and exploded the game. Fan-fucking-tastic. I'm actually not sad about it, I'm just like "Good work Benjy, that was a good death, *hugs*"

2) I'm writing my narrative for the full moon werewolf attack and I must resist any and all urges to go off on poetic tangents about Pepper fighting at Mill's side with literary references to knights and courtly love and dramatic descriptions of her hair. Really. MUST RESIST. There's fucking werewolves, focus on the werewolves.
